A group of owners have gotten together on a coperative basis to rent their condos to Park City visitors. This is not a property management company. Because of the co-op nature of the properties, you will find that the rates are actually below the averages listed on VRBO and are 40 to 50 percent less than other property management groups.

The condos pictured here are H-8 amd H-7 which are all located next to each other in the H building at Red Pines. This is convenient for families and groups that want to stay close together.

Both of these condos have great views of the mountains from the living rooms and private patio decks. Condo H-7 looks up to the ski hills and mountains surrounding The Canyons.

Both of these units have private secluded entrances unlike most other hotel/condo developments. Convenient parking is next to the condos.

H-8 has been completely remodeled with new kitchen appliances, cabinets, tile floors, carpet, furniture, decor, and washer and dryer. Condo H-7 has new kitchen cabinets and an incredable atmosphere with its view.

These condos are located at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort. You will be five minutes from Park City Mountain Resort and old town Park City, and ten minutes from Deer Valley. Shuttle busses to all Park City sli areas are located just across our parking lot. World famous Snowbird and Alta are only 40 minutes away.

In just five years, "The Canyons" has grown from the locals' favorite for powder and terrain to a first class destination resort. With 3625 acres of terrain served by one of the world's newest and fastest lift systems, you can still find untracked powder days after a storm and discover secret spots just like in the old days. During the last four years, The Canyons has installed five high speed quads, and an eight passenger gondola as part of its 14 lift system. We believe The Canyons ski resort and its facilities are the best in the inter mountain west.

Historic Park City is only five minutes away. It is one of the most exciting ski towns in the Rocky Mountains. Here, there are hundreds of restaurants, shops, and night spots to choose from. Come and stay and enjoy the "finest snow on earth."

The layout of these condos are the same; each has two bedrooms with a loft and two full bathrooms. Unit H-8 has a washing machine and dryer. The kitchens and pantries are completely stocked with all utensils and cookware. All linens are provided including flannel sheets, down comforters, and nice towels. Gas fireplaces heat all units. There is also electric heating if needed in all units. BBQs and patio furniture are provided on the decks.

The Red Pines complex features a club house and two full-size swimming pools that are surrounded by beautiful mature pine trees. One pool is heated to 100 degrees in the winter. There is also a child's pool, indoor hot tub, and sauna. There are tennis and sand Volley Ball courts, and a children's playground. The club house has a laundromat.

All or our guests rave about the club house and its facilities.
There are more trees in the Red Pine development than in any other codominimum complex in the Park City area. As such, you will truly have a mountain experience.

We are family-friendly, but cannot allow pets. These are non-smoking units; this is strictly enforced. This is your spot for year-round activities at prices that make these codos the best values in the Park City area.

There is a washer and dryer in H-8 and H-6 and new cabinets, tile floors, and carpets. Condo H-8 has two queen and two full beds. Condo H-6 has one queen, two full, and two twin beds. Condo H-7 has two queen beds, two single beds and a living room fold out couch in living room. The club house has outdoor heated pools and indoor sauna and hot tub.

Activities (on site or nearby): Downhill skiing, Cross country skiing, Snowmobiling, Tubing,Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Hunting, Wildlife viewing, Horseback riding, Tennis, Swimming, Snorkeling and Diving, Water skiing, Boating, Seven golf courses, Three ski resorts and ice skating within minutes. There is great shopping in both unique and discount stores. Park City and The Canyons have many fantastic restaruants. There are motion picture theaters close by.
